As of 21:00 on September 6, the "9.5" Luding earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 in Sichuan has killed 34 people, injured 89 and lost contact with 12 in Ya'an City. Among them, 34 people in Shimian County were killed (7 in Xinmin Township, 21 in wanggangping Township and 6 in CAOKE township), 84 people were injured (3 critically, 6 seriously and 75 slightly), and 12 people lost contact (10 in wanggangping Township and 2 in CAOKE township); Five people were injured in Hanyuan County (one seriously injured and four slightly injured).
